R.E. Scammers

Frank the IV denies he has anyone living in his foreclosed house. The persons living there (upstanding citizens that they are) claim to have a lease. The male half of the couple living in this house (we'll call him Mr. Bill) is definitely a scammer and a criminal...forgery, counterfeit devices, cocaine trafficking. And, Mr. Bill is scheduled to be sentenced in about three weeks in Federal Court for his latest foray into cocaine trafficking.
1999 - 500 pounds of cocaine BUSTED
2000 - Forgery, counterfeit devices, fraudulent identification BUSTED
2006 - Cocaine trafficking BUSTED

Mr. Bill...yet another Federal rap, more time in some federal prison camp. Maybe it's time to realize you're NOT as smart as your accomplices and law-enforcement.

I would suggest that next time (if there is a next time)you want to have some idiot drive 20 kilos from L.A. to Chicago, tell her to ALWAYS use her turn signal and have a more believable cover story...

"I'm on my way back from a job interview in Las Vegas"

...obviously didn't fool the State Trooper. After the drug dog was called in, you were probably thinking,

"I should've told them I was coming back from a funeral..."
or
"A bee flew into my car..."
or
"I'm not as stupid as I look..."
or
"I'm not as smart as I look..."

But, $5,000 for driving from Chicago to L.A. and back, with 20K's is pretty good money...what is that...a week's work? Personally, I couldn't stand the anxiety. But, I'd definitely use my traffic signal all the time. That "probable-cause" traffic stop can be a real bitch for drug traffickers. Have a fun 16 months (or more) in BOP.

You're upside down, foreclosed on, and you don't know there are people living in your house? And when asked about it, you persist with that bullshit? And now the bank and their attorneys are sending me to the house to find out what the hell is going on. Frank the 4th, I'll bet you not only know them, but you are collecting rent from them. You are a convicted felon (twice) and a scammer. You are not the brightest lightbulb in the box. This situation is why investigators like me take a close look at people like you. I'm coming for you.
